Introducing an online learning experience about Wisconsin’s natural world.
Join our Master Naturalist guides for an online trek focused on learning and exploring the places that make Wisconsin a great place to live, work or play. You’ll be able to learn at your own pace using online readings, videos, and supplemental activities to reinforce the key concepts for each trek. Instead of book chapters, each trek uses an online network of trails to deliver accessible and fact-based knowledge.
Treks are open to anyone and the materials were selected for adult learners and those in grades 9-12. Master Naturalists will earn eight hours of Advanced Training on completion.
In-person and expert-led field experiences may be offered in the future for those who complete the trek.
