Registration is closed. We are unable to accept late registrations or walk-ins.
Registration Details
- You must pre-register.
- Register for one day or all three!
- Open to all adults 18 years and older—Master Naturalist certification is not required.
- Thursday and Saturday field events have limited spots and use a first come, first served registration process.
- Thursday and Saturday field events will be primarily outdoor learning experiences which may include extended periods of standing, hiking on both flat paths and off-trails with inclines and a variety of weather conditions. Friday’s agenda will be 100% indoors, primarily seated presentations. If you have concerns about the activity level, please contact the program office, info@wimasternaturalist.org prior to registering.
- You will need to provide your own transportation.
- Financial Assistance: We believe that finances should not be a barrier to learning. Financial assistance for Friday’s Daytime registration fee is available.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations are subject to a $25 administrative processing fee. It may take up to 10 business days to process and issue a refund. No refunds will be given after September 16, 2024. No substitutions can be made at any time. Contact info@wimasternaturalist.org with questions about cancelling. Fees will be refunded if any portion of the Summit is cancelled by us prior to September 16, 2024. Most Summit field events will continue, while safe to do so, in inclement weather or will be moved to a sheltered location. Any portion of the Summit cancelled due to weather will not be refunded.
