Hotel Room Block

The 2024 Summit for Natural Resources Volunteers will be held at the Ho-Chunk Gaming Convention Center and surrounding field sites.

Make a Reservation in the Summit Room Block

Rooms (premier/deluxe King or Queen) are being held for Thursday and Friday night at the following rates:

• $107 per night + taxes (single/double occupancy)
• $117 per night + taxes (triple occupancy)
• $127 per night + taxes (quad occupancy)

All hotel room rates are subject to a 11.0% Wisconsin Sales Tax and Town of Delton Room Tax. All hotel room rates are subject to a 15% Ho-Chunk Nation Tribal tax per room, per night, and cannot be exempt. Room rates are based on room occupancy and type.

Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. Reservations in the room block must be received before the cutoff date of September 11, 2024.

• Rooms are available for check-in after 4 p.m. day of arrival and check-out is 11 a.m. day of departure.
• Room Cancellation Policy:
  • Rooms not cancelled 24 hours prior to check-in the day before arrival will be charged the first night’s stay plus any applicable taxes.
  • Rooms that are not checked-in and no call has been made to inform the hotel of a cancellation will be charged the entire stay plus any applicable taxes and fees.
